Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://dacouse.com and purchases from Dacouse. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; introduce malicious code; scrape or interfere with the service; impersonate another person; or violate another person's rights.

General conditions

We may refuse or limit service where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, product availability, or enforcement of these Terms. Content you submit, other than payment credentials, may be transmitted through networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment data is handled through encrypted channels provided by our commerce and payment providers.

Information, products, and pricing

We try to keep store information accurate, but descriptions, images, availability, pricing, promotions, and other content may contain errors or become outdated. Colors and appearance can vary by device. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel affected orders. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Orders, billing, and accounts

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, contact, billing, and delivery information and to keep account details secure. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may limit or cancel orders that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, for resale, or contrary to applicable restrictions.

Third-party services and links

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, applications, or other third parties. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent acts, but this does not remove rights you may have against Dacouse under applicable law.

User submissions

If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, malicious, or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Personal information

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Dacouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service where such exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law makes non-excludable.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dacouse against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Termination, severability, and entire agreement

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, or legal requirement. Obligations and rights intended to survive termination remain effective. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning use of the store.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Disputes will be handled by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date.
